I kept seeing tiny flashes of blue darting around in the grass at the park, but was unable to get a photo until this little guy finally settled long enough for me to focus on it and get a shot.

Zizina otis occurs in south Asia. It was reported from Oahu (Hawaii, USA) in 2008.
