Leaf Beetle

Edusella sp.

Description:

A very small beetle, about 6 mmm long, with iridescent green, fuzzy elytra and a metallic green-gold thorax and head. Eyes were dark. Long, segmented antennae and legs were red. Tarsi had bi-lobed pads with white margins seen in many leaf beetles.

Habitat:

Spotted on a eucalyptus tree in a reserve.
