Description:

Family: Elachistidae (Grass Miner Moths) Subfamily: Stenomatinae. 1/2 inch long (12.7 mm) white with blue.. Looks like rolled up Native American Indian design blanket. To the naked eye looks like bird poop.

Habitat:

On the house. Attracted to light.

Thanks J for the ID. No wonder I couldn't find it in the Peterson's book. It isn't there. I love this tiny moth!
