Lascar Butterfly

Description:

The Lascar is a species of nymphalid butterfly found in tropical and subtropical Asia. Wingspan is about 1.25 inches. It has a gliding flight and always stays in shady areas.

Habitat:

In our Region this butterfly is often found on higher elevation forest.
