Montagnea arenaria

Description:

Basidocapr up to 15cm long. Black grills, woody stem. Black, smoth spores.

Habitat:

Arid zones. It may be found in abandoned fields.

Notes:

It can be mistaken with Agaricus deserticola, but M. arenaria has a stipe is thinner, and is lacking of volva or ring.
