That does seem close, though none of them seem as yellow as this one. The shape and raised scales are consistent.

I was immediately reminded of genus Bucculatrix, family Bucculatricidae. If I had to pick on of the species featured on BugGuide, I would undoubtedly go with Bucculatrix coronatella. However, I'm sure there are several possibilities.
