Description:

Blue-gray with a pale band on the caudal peduncle, yellow pectoral fins and a small black caudal spine. Attains 25 inches. Feeds upon buried invertebrates and algae. Hawai'i, the Indo-Pacific, and Tropical Eastern Pacific.

Habitat:

Hanauma Bay

Notes:

They change color as they get older.
