WOW!! Brilliant photos of this fellow, Leuba. Great find.
Thanks Martin. Just lucky.
Wow.
Well done Leuba.
Leuba, a very beautiful and impressive dragonfly. TFS.
Thanks everyone. I am overwhelmed by your appreciation. I must say I was impressed with my little pocket camera. The truth is this the first time I've been able to get this close to a "giant" of a dragonfly - it was so co-operative and fresh-looking. I had good access, light, etc. The wings are magic aren't they ? like lead light. However do they not get damaged...? I was very lucky.
@ Dr Sherpa - no tubes ! just a cooperative subject. Thanks again.
Absolutly gorgeous Leuba, great series, their wings never cease of amazing me :-) congrats and thanks for sharing
Great Series Leuba.. The wings look like glass. :)
