Description:

Leucauge is a spider genus with pantropical distribution. The spiders also are known as "horizontal orb spiders". They build inclined or horizontal orb webs, although vertical webs can sometimes be seen. They build complete orb web without a stabilimentum.

Habitat:

Spotted in a large semi-urban yard & garden, near a disturbed patch of remnant lowland forest.

Nice spotting, we have this species in Borneo too.
Looks like an Argiope ocula but not the same species.
