Litoria wilcoxii (or possibly Litoria lesueuri)
I only took one photo of this fellow, unfortunately because I thought it was another species of frog at the time. Hopefully I've given this frog the correct ID, but if it isn't the Stoney Creek Frog (Litoria wilcoxii), it could possibly be Lesueur's Tree Frog (Litoria lesueuri). I believe that wilcoxii was previously included within Litoria lesueuri. http://frogs.org.au/frogs/species/Litori...
Found at a rural property dam. Area surrounded by dry native woodlands.
My first encounter with this species.

you bet mate! any time.
Hi Sharon. I would love to do that for you. Might have to wait until I get my long service leave, but perhaps later in the year...?
Thanks Neil, you can pop down to possum's and hooter's any time and ID all our species! Sharon.
thanks, Bill. I'll be back down there in a few weeks. Will have a better look around because I know there are a few different species in that little area (I saw 3 that night)... and I'll try not to fall into the dam this time :-/
I'd say you do a wonderful job with your pocket camera Neil! Your photos are great! I've made the same mistake of misidentifying and not taking enough photos before as well! Lucky the one shot you got was a good one!
