Description:

This seven-spot ladybird lady beetle was spotted on a forget-me-not. Its elytra are red, and punctuated with three black spots each, with an extra spot spread over the junction of the two, making a total of seven. It is the is the most common ladybird in Europe.

Habitat:

Prealpine meadow.
