Description:

Small gray fly with black wings that have clear windows. The abdomen is dark and tapers to a blunt end. The fly moves its wings independently from side to side to signal.

Habitat:

Pomelo leaf in backyard orchard. Found in the southwestern US and Mexico

Notes:

The host plant for this species is Ragweed and Dicoria canescens
