Siproeta cf. epaphus
There are a few of this in the Garden. Would love to know what they turn into.
A beautiful caterpillar...
Thank you so much bayucca. I have lots of both butterflies in my Garden, Rusty-tipped Page, Siproeta cf. epaphus is smaller than Siproeta stelenes, I just can not see Siproeta stelenes caterpillar to be because of the size of Siproeta stelenes, so I am sure your ID is correct. Thank you again.
Tricky one. I think it is Epaphus not Stellendes, although they look quite similar. But the yellowish spikes at the side let me think of Epaphus rather than Stelenes.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siproeta_e...http://butterfliesofamerica.com/imagehtm...http://butterfliesofamerica.com/imagehtm...https://borboletasbr.blogspot.ch/2011/04...http://butterflies.heuristron.net/butter...
Could this be... Colobura d. dirce larva?
