Argiope
X-shaped spider with some small spikes located on its almost transparent legs. Has a black and white striped pattern on its body, with a bit of red at the top. Also has a fuzzy-looking brown head on its body. It only moved a little bit while I was taking these very close pictures of it. It is approximately 1-2 centimeters.
Singapore in a secondary tropical rainforest.
The picture is blurry, but I can at least say with confidence that this is an orb-weaver in the above-named genus. I'm only experienced with the U.S. species, so I'm not sure what species this one happens to be.
