Red eyes, medium sized bird with glossy black plumage that has an irridescent green blue sheen often with white spangles on chest, forked tal, large thick curved beak, loud raucous call, an insect eater, also indulges in nectar and fruit.
Found throughout eastern and northern Australia in forests, woodlands, parks and gardens, migratory. This one located in farmland with adjacent bushland.
