Description:

Hybrid with a mallard, these two species hybridize very readily. You can tell it's a hybrid by the amount of green on the top of the head, a normal black duck just has a tiny bit of brown there.

Habitat:

In a pond near the ocean.

I do see a lot of resemblance with the mallard. such as the curved, black tipped tail feathers, brown body, yellow bill, greenish head Etc.
