Chestnut Streaked Sailer

Description:

Blackish to my eyes (guides say brown), with white, broad horizontal lines.Lower terminal ends of the wings are ornamented in white.

Habitat:

Office lawn on marigold flower/plant where the winter sun may have felt nice and warm. It posed prettily and even moved a little as if describing a circle.

Notes:

Called Batasi in Bangla....I suppose that could be taken to mean Breezy or Gone with the Wind, Batas(h) means wind or breeze.
