Leaf beetle

Paropsisterna sp.

Description:

A pale green leaf beetle with broad red suture and a yellow lateral stripe diagonally along each elytra. The puncturations are striate but more irregularly positioned than the similar beetles such as P. hectica and P. gloriosa.

Habitat:

On eucalyptus

Notes:

Not seen this one before. The only one seen was found by Geoff Walker. It is recorded on PaDIL which is a website by the museum of Victoria but was not named.
