Hippasa greenalliae
Cephalothorax brown, longer than wide, convex and clothed with fine hair. Anterior row of eyes straight, slightly longer than he second row. Sternum heart-shaped, light brown, pointed behind, provided with hairs and a longitudinal middle black band. Abdomen longer than wide, pointed behind, pale brown clothed with pubescence; ventrum pale.
Ground dweller, common in grasslands.

thanks for the compliments Gerardo. I don't think this one is poisonous, Sydney funnel web is the famous poisonous funnel web spider!
In wikipedia, it is given that only Hippasa greenalliae is found in srilanka. So this one maybe Hippasa greenalliae only.
