Paropsisterna pictipes
This a paropsisterna and is sometimes called paropsis. The puncturations are not arranged in rows, or hardly so. They are easily visible by their being blackened. The base of the elytra and suture are pale red.
The image appears on PaDIL but its the first one I've seen yet.
