Description:

The Curve-lined Owlet flies from May to August. With a wingspan of 28-35mm, it's range is TX - FL - NH - MO.

Habitat:

it's habitat consist of woodlands and forest edges feeding on Greenbriers.

Notes:

Found on my screen door in early afternoon. He stayed till the sun started fading. (Special thanks to Maury J Heiman @ BugGuide.Net for identifying this species.)
