Brown-Black Erebid Moth

Description:

This is a moth that i found on the wall of my house. It is brown, and have a black triangular shapes on its wings. Its body length is about 30 mm, and the wingspan is about 35 mm.

Habitat:

- Around the house and garden.

Notes:

- Trigonodes hyppasia is a moth of the Erebidae family. It is attracted to the light (possibly a nocturnal insect). Thanks to NuwanChathuranga for the ID.
