Description:

90mm across the cap, 130mm tall.. some cortina shards, smoothly warty on top, margin inrolled some (undeveloped?), gills adnexed, pale cream, stipe straight, parallel thick, fibrous, white.

Habitat:

Medium sized eucalyptus and native plants and short grasses on highway division.

I guess this is an Amanita species. But which subsection you should check, leaves even me blank!

You're right guys. I have not better option and can't find anything about it that denies. Yet another C.brunneum. Thanks.

We mustn't feel discouraged - I've heard they confuse those who spent their whole life on it martin. :-( My C.brunneum had pure white gills and this one has not much sign of having been chocolate brown on top like your and my C.b....
