Copsychus saularis
Small Old World flycatcher, some 18 to 20 cm in length. Male (pictured) is glossy black with white underparts (belly) and stripe on wings, while female is more dull dark grey instead of black (no good photos of female came out from various spottings).
Very common, seen often in rural areas of Nepal, but most often on borders of cultivated fields and close to rivers. Seen also at outskirts of urban areas.
Here, in pictures, are photos from two spottings - I've seen this fella several times on the same spot (same tree, maybe the same branch...)
