Description:

Squat, bark-colored little Hopper with an odd turtle-like shape, 4mm in length. The short little antennae are directly below the large yellowish eyes. Family Issidae. See also (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/225...).

Garden Wall lights, semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico 2,200 meters.
