Egretta garzetta
Was a long way off and there is little colour information but the short length of the legs compared to the feet size and thinness of the bill rule out Great and Cattle Egret while the even tone of the wings rules out any Herons. Reef Egrets are extremely unlikely at this location while Little Egrets are very common.
