Mapeta xanthomelas;
I believe this is Napata walkeri. Was in coastal tropic forest, attracted to lights.
P.S. Those structures in front must be palps, since I see all the legs at the moth's sides.
Remarkable! I hadn't even noticed those diagonal stripes. A better match for the head too, where there in a "snout" appearance but really seems to be some other structure--front legs? Elongated palps? Thanks Philip!
This was a mistake that we made for a while at Discover Life. It looks like it could be Napata walkeri, except for the striped segment nearest the wing edge. Look at those sections in both Napata walkeri and Mapeta xanthomelas.

M. xanthomelas has the diagonal lines nearest the wing edge, while N. walkeri does not.
