Tribe Spilomelini, not sure of the species. The species Nina was talking about is from North America and doesn't extend into the Phillipines. I hope my help narrows it down a bit!

Thank you, Nina!:) They do look much like my other spotting, only this one has iridescent wings. I'm not sure if it was just the lighting or if they are totally different organisms.

Crambidae: Pyraustinae, looks closest to Marasmia Moth
Marasmia cochrusalis, but perhaps in or near the Herpetogramma genus
