Looks like trametes versicolor, but smthng funny must have happened to it, it's deformed...Any suggestions??? Update: * suggested name: "Cerrena unicolor", by fellow spotter Lightworkerpeace :)

Thank you dear @Lightworkerpeace. it certainly looks like cerrena unicolor (3 NZ fungi galleries don't include it, although I have seen it before, in different shape & look...
Anyway, I will take the suggestion, thanks for commenting, you v' been really helpfull :)
