This is one of 4 species of tortoise beetle I spotted in Namizimu forest reserve.

Extremely variable, there are more than hundreds (!) variabilities! Your is according quite rare with 3 spots on the pronotum.
That's a tough one. My closest guess would be Conchyloctenia sp., but I cannot figure out a species name. There are several species around, but none really match with yours. I try to get closer...
