Aethionema saxatile
Low to short annual or perennial with erect stems, branched near the base or unbranched. Leaves oval to oblong, untoothed, the upper narrower. Flowers white, purplish or lilac, 3-6 mm, the petals notched, 2-5mm long.
Rocky and stony habitats in hills and mountains. Spotted in an open space of Seih-Sou, the suburban forest of Thessaloniki, Greece.
Synonym: Aethionema graecum. Greek name: Αιθιόνημα το βραχόφιλο, Αιθιόνημα το ελληνικόν.
