Description:

Family: Noctuidae, Subfamily: Noctuinae, Tribe: Apameini. A type of Borer Moth TL 18-22 mm. Light tan and reddish brown with white spots. Very hairy and large eyes.

Habitat:

Open woodlands into meadow.

Carol, this might be helpful for you to be more confident in your ID. It does look like Papaipema unimoda to me as well (compared with the others it seems closest).
