Description:

Gray, brown, black and white moth with a subtle green tinge on the wings near the thorax. There are white spots and lines on the wings. The legs have white stripes. The second image is of a drowned out color pattern of the same species to show the variable colors that can be found in this species.

Habitat:

Porch light in Oak Woodland with several other species of moths. This species is found among Oak species from Alaska to Mexico on the western parts of N.A.
