Crab spiders mating

Family Thomisiade

Description:

While the large femela spider tasted a mantis, the smaller male tried desperately to mate. The photos were taken under a low light condition, so they aren't very good, but it is possible to see the male spider over the female. Last photo shows an interesting smiling face like pattern on the male's abdomen.
