Description:

A tiny winged insect about 3mm long sitting on a eucalyptus leaf beside a clam lerp. Pic#3 shows the psyllid and the lerp on the same leaf. The lerp had a neatly drilled hole on it.

Habitat:

Eucalyptus tree

Notes:

This is a winged adult hemipteran which probably emerged from the clam like waxy cover that it built as a nymph.
