Description:

Distinctive moth. Large, lime green with purplish pink edges and eyespots. Yellowish body. First of year Luna for me and first one that I had seen in several years. I guess I just needed to move to Virginia. :-)

Habitat:

Suburban area with bordering field, vegetation and drainage ditch. Attracted to flood lights at night.
