Giant Amazon land snail

Description:

We were told by our guide that this is a native species but I've not been able to find a scientific name for it so I suspect this may be an invasive African Giant land snail (Achatina fulica)

It's a Megalobulimus sp., don't know if M. maximus like this one:

There are many species:

It's not the African, as Natral said bellow the shell shape is not right.
