Rock Crab Spider

Description:

A crab spider resting on a stone which provide it with camouflage. The area is full of ants so several ants passed by it and gave it a bite (see last photo). The ant bites are not severe for it but enough to irritate it and the spider ran to find a new spot to rest.

Habitat:

Among large stones on the river bank in Tawau Hills Park, Sabah.

Notes:

I had already finished uploading all my Maliau Basin spottings and currently I am uploading spottings from Tawau Hill Park 3 years ago. >>>Map accuracy : 1km diameter.
