I'm not so sure. It is very unusual. It has blue around its eyes. It is very different to pictures of similar moths on the internet.
I don't think it a new species. I see the pictures of this moth somewhere in the internet.
If it is a new species then you get the privilege of naming it.
I don't know. But, it is beautiful...
