Lovely spotting you have here, Luis. This is definitely a tubeworm moth, in the genus Acrolophus, but the species needs to be confirmed. While it looks very similar, the range of A. popeanella is known only to the Eastern United States and Texas, but you are on the west of Mexico, which would be out of range. That being said, I'm still confident in the species ID.
