Here is a colorful ocellus of a brown moth. This common moth is often trapped in window sills in sheds and found later, dead. This specimen was very alive and flew away during the photo session.
Trapped inside the house.

we started with alphabets ending up with numbers and next i guess would be punctuation marks.Comma.Question mark etc etc. Very interesting indeed......

We've put so many back out only to find them inside again later. Maybe they should be called death-wish moths.
