Hemispheric Agrocybe, Agrocybe pediades

Description:

several of these in clusters around the grassy lawn at Picnics Point, Governors Island. Caps were distinctly shaped like flat bottomed bowls turned upside down. Top was flat, greasy, stem fibrous, attached stems, dark brown spores.
