Larus michahellis
Looks close to adult stage but legs still pink so likely a 3/4 cy Yellow-legged Gull. Originally had this as a possible Herring Gull but following the split from being a sub-species of that bird it has been determined that the Herring Gull is actually extremely rare in Portugal with most reports deemed to be Yellow-legged Gull.
