possibly Oxyopes kohaensis
Colourful spider that reminds me of lynx spiders seen in Costa Rica, though as this was in India it will not be the same.
Beside a track through a wooded area away from any town. The track started at 200 m but this was quite a way up the track.

I have found a similar one Pam.
It might be an orange-backed lynx spider - Oxyopes kohaensis.
you could add it to the mission Spiders of India. Someone might know what it is there.
