Moth

Description:

Flat-backed grey moth. The first pair of legs are small and held close to the thorax, the second and third pair are long and hairy and the moth tends to stand up at a 30 to 40º angle from its substrate using only 4 legs. About 1 cm long.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light, Finca Argovia, Ruta de Café, Soconusco Area of Chiapas, about 2 hours north of Tapachula.
