Description:

With caps about 35mm wide, these orange coloured mushrooms were growing out of a dead tree trunk in clumps. Caps showed slight striations but were smooth, with colour darkening towards the centre. Gills were a pale cream both short and long and were notched. Stipe had a white bloom in stripes along the length of them.

Habitat:

Spotted on a dead tree trunk - perhaps eucalyptus.

Notes:

Need to look for an ID... Saprophytic
