Agaricus Mushroom

Agaricus sp.

Description:

Plain short stemmed pale brown or beige mushroom. Average for the group is 7cm although obviously larger and smaller are possible. Very minimal mushroom scent. Soft, dry, leathery to feel. Very fragile although at the stage of photography they were aging and about a week old. Spore print is brown and shown in image 4

Habitat:

Lawn. Longer period between mowings than a home garden

I'm pretty sure they're Agaricus species. Too old to tell which though. They might have been good edibles, next time catch them fresher for a full ID.
