Texas Brown Tarantula

Aphonopelma hentzi

Description:

Shades of brown all over, this was the largest wild tarantula I've ever seen and also surprisingly the nicest one too.

Habitat:

Found under a log pile while flipping it looking for snakes. She was returned to her little nest after we played with her some.
