I went to a river close by here to try to photograph one I spotted few days ago, but I couldn't reach the place I wanted. Maybe next time. But I was happily surprised to see yours!
Thank you so much everyone! This is rather funny since I was thinking of uploading a new Kingfisher spotting since I managed to take much better photos a few days ago at another location. I will still upload it since that is a female and this one a gorgeous male on the look out for some fish to take to its nestlings!

Thanks people, I've decided to upload my latest Kingfisher spotting here (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/354...).
Frederic, these are incredibly difficult to shoot, they are easily spooked. You either crawl, have a shelter or get lucky! But good luck.

I agree, if its a different day its a new spotting regardless of male or female ;-)
Oh, just go ahead! I am sure we will like it too :-)
