Haliaeetus leucocephalus
Young Eagle in a White Pine, at a residence on Lake Huron
Woods and shorelines
He was HUGE!!!!!!!!
This is a Bald Eagle for sure! This one is not an adult yet. They go through plumage changes each year until they reach five years of age. At five they get adult plumage (white head and tail, brown body and wings). It looks most like a fourth year.
